The apartment is the easy part.
People moving here from abroad rarely fail because of the flat — they fail because of the paperwork: registration office, landlord confirmation, bank account, credit records nobody has yet. We explain all of it before you sign – in German and in English. The rental contract exists in both languages.
Registering with the residents’ office
You have to register with the residents’ registration office within two weeks of moving in. You get the landlord confirmation from us at the handover – you do not have to chase it.
Renting without SCHUFA
We do not ask for a SCHUFA credit report – anyone new to Germany does not have one. For international students the blocked account set up for the visa serves as the security.
Contract in English
We also provide the rental contract in English. So you sign in the language you actually understand – digitally and without an appointment on site.
Arriving before the move-in date
Flights rarely match the handover date. Tell us your arrival date with your enquiry – we schedule the handover around it as far as the occupancy plan allows.
For organisations
Housing you can actually plan with.
Anyone bringing people into the region needs beds, not viewing appointments. We reserve fixed contingents – one framework agreement, one contact, one invoice per month.
